Actually, I have been there several times when I lived out that way but didn't recognise it. Right on the other side of town now so keep the beers in their stubbies for now.

I'm confused...are you saying that the pic was seacon square cos it sure looks like it to me, and yes in 2002 it was reported to be the biggest in SE Asia.....
