^That would be The Troll Cart by the bus station. Most of the pubs seem to price very competitively so beers with a sea view are the same price as a view of a 70s era bus station. Great Yarmouth gets a lot of flack, some deserved but mostly it's just snobbery.

Wetherspoons are as quiet as a library with tvs at zero volume.

If they put up the sound or play music they have to pay for PRS royalties around 800 a month each pub
    Obviously too tight.

I've been to one about 5 times, it's a miserable atmosphere and stinks of crap food, farts and B.O because nobody smokes to mask the smell like the old days

Wetherspoons have just shut down all their social media.
Employing an army of social media admin/mods wasn't cost effective or making them money.

Twat 1 has to reply to some customer twat 2 about a frozen chip on a £5 meal , this takes a few hours of bickering and twat 1 has been paid the minimum wage and Spoons is out of pocket £20

I can see a trend starting...

Even their staff detest working in such an environment

Social media shut down. What was the point anyway. Tweeting and hastags, a load of bollocks.

NCP car parks used to have a twitter prescence, fuck knows why.

This is about 18 months old but thought I'd share.
He bought home a little chick from the hawker outside his school.
He named it Onion and we looked after it and fed it well (It was kind of a battery bird really due to where we live unfortunately,) but it grew and grew until just prior to CNY we had a very large healthy chicken on our hands.
It was about this time the missus started sharpening the knife and looking at it sideways, so we decided to take it into the bush out back and set it free.
We knew it probably wouldn't survive long but at least he'll have the memory of setting it free rather than sitting down to dinner with Onion as the centrepiece.
You should've heard the fuckin' racket when the missus found out. Seems she;d been looking forward to roast onion more than we realized.
She marched up and down screeching and yelling to all and sundry what we'd done, lessening onions chances with each tirade.
I'm sure there were hunting parties dispatched immediately but at least it's blood isn't on our (my son and Is') hands.

^Very cool.. I've trained at a few places in Bangkok one being a month at Fairtex and also at another gym (for the life of me can't remember the name). You can read my first blog when I started Muay Thai back in 2008. I don't know what happened to the pics, but my experience.
(http://femalemuaythaiboxer.blogspot.com/). I'll do another blog for the upcoming training.

Nice pic, can't green you again, looks like a nice place to chill for a bit. You're motivating me to learn the video editing game with your other recent additions.

It's refreshing to see people actually opening up and showing their faces. That is rare these days with all the identity theft and phototomfoolary.

It never hurts to see DJPat reliving the glory days.

I'll see if I can dig up some train pics, someday.

Yes. It certainly is a great place to chill.

This was the 4th time I've been to Tuko Beach Resort, and the first time that there was more than 2 other guests staying while we were there.
The resort is owned and run by a German lady that just does a little extra to make you feel welcome and enjoy your stay.

Its just obvious that it is more than just a money earner for her.

Shame he was not a very pleasant guy in general. Not that I could complain, he was a hard man!

Tiz duly noted, I'll put it in the bucket for when I retire. I've all to do with making my better half happy by doing things in her homeland when and if we find the time. As for the drone nice shots, I've just taken mine out of the box so still much to learn. I'm amazed at what folks do with these things. So many travel vloggers out there now. Truely an exciting time but unfortunately the market is getting saturated. But with all things the cream will always rise to the top.
