The problem is that these Thai idiots that have businesses, instead of reacting to the situation and becoming more competetive to attract tourists, simply hike up the price to cover the shortfall. They try and skin their current customers, who then end up feeling that they have been robbed, (and will NEVER come back) Everything here is viewed in the present..there is no view of the future, return business etc, I have had so many Thai areseholes working here while I built my home and cleared land, and virtually everyone of the idiots are short term rip off twats, they cannot see further than the end of their stupid greedy noses! If they did a good job, they would get repeat business..but this never enters their stupid fucking heads! And the funniest thing is, they shit you, and they think you are so stupid that you will swallow it...like they leave their phone number....call me if you need a good ass fucking again! Probably the average intelligence of a Thai allows them to get away with it, to be honest i don't believe that, I think most Thais cannot have a confrontation..end of story, so the cunts get away with it!

That is, if you live in Thailand, otherwise send more money to make up for the international bank transfer charges.

No of course there not, and you trying to put your up bookings as the standard for the whole of the tourist trade at the moment is pretty ludicrous to isn't it. The people with families I know are checking out the situation in Thailand and not one of them are even thinking of coming to Thailand at the moment. If you honestly believe that the tourists will be coming in their droves as they have done in recent years, with all the inner turmoil thats gripping Thailand at the moment then you must be a little delusional. You dont work for the TAT do you.

And yes I get requests and bookings every day from families that are not frightened about the "inner turmoil that's gripping Thailand at the moment", so if you insist "If you honestly believe that the tourists will be coming in their droves as they have done in recent years, with all the inner turmoil thats gripping Thailand at the moment then you must be a little delusional." Obviously I Must be but it isn't affecting my business. I go into Lamai occasionally and see for myself, that there are not many tourists in the Bars and Restaurants, and yes they are doing it hard. The taxi's that I use are also telling me how slow it is. Recently I had a manager in a company car from a local Mercure high end resort come up to check my property out to see what the deal is, But I also can see that the tourist market here is changing a great deal, from the single guys /bar scene type, that maybe don't have a job at the moment, and the 5 star type family, whose business is struggling to survive,to young couples that have good IT based jobs who can take time out and then go back to there jobs. I have guests arrive here that have traveled the tourist road around SE Asia and once they arrive they don't want to leave. And no, I do not work for TAT.

As in we, the the posters here that don't need to read your Trolling shit. You may have worked in marketing (advertising) for years, but you still come across as the used car salesman that people hate. I do not , by any means of the term "Milk customers" of which you seem proud to be able to do. You may believe that I run a guest house, call it what you like, but it is probably much better than the bedsit you write your drivel from.
