This is not a puppy thread, nor a gorilla or zoo thread. This is a serious topic. Those who are not seriously interested in possible life on Mars should refrain from facetious comments.

| ![]() ![]() ![]() Evidence for life on Mars. #1 Quite obviously a seagull perched on that there rock. (Thanks to Henry Blowfield for pointing that one out) Proof that flying lifeforms exist in the Martian skies. #2 Three perfectly shaped arrows lying on the Martian surface. Note the exact symmetry and straight lines not normally found in nature. Some Martian has obviously left them there, perhaps as a clue, maybe he was just careless putting up some road signs. ![]() ![]() Last edited by Plan B : 05-11-2009 at 04:03 AM. |

I like the "Mars face" the oldest of the mystery photos. And yes it is real, not photoshopped. Nasa confirms that. They have gone back with a later probe to get new images. See below. ![]() A later high res image The face is not as clearly recognizable as in the first picture. Shadowfall makes much of the effect. What intrigues me most on this formation is that it seems placed onto a very regular artificial looking shelf. But no, I don't believe in any higher forms of life on mars. The environment does not support higher life forms and if conditions have been better before there was not enough time to develop into higher life forms. Bacteria are quite possible however and they may live even today. Last edited by Takeovers : 04-11-2009 at 02:42 PM.

| i spent four years on mars. i married a martian, bought her a house, car, supported her family and tried my best to be a martian, but failed. then i learned to speak thai and i finally understood what life on mars was all about. mars is situated somewhere between the borders of malaysia, burma cambodia and laos, and i know for a fact that there is no such thing as an intelligent life-form on mars.
