Thaiglish .... A thread for fans of creative English

I don't mind people taking liberties with the English language . I do it all the time myself. However, sometimes I see something so creative that I think its a pity not to share it with others. So if you see something really outside the box then post it here for our admiration.

I came across this today. The auther saved himself a few bob by writing up a glowing report for his hotel without paying a pesky falang to do the job :

hadsaithongresort oval be in chaolao beach spear area, amphur tamai, Chanthaburi province, regard a beach highly popular one of a province , take time in the travel from Bangkok 3 just hour only chaolao beach unless will the beach has where to fry long and clean suit to the relaxation already still are beach at have the activity select a lot of for the amusement on beautiful nature that the visitor should receive hadsaithongresort, oval , a lodging where emphasize the privacy of person come to reach rest within a waiting room can decorate type , divisibility , The beautiful , The warm , safe and harmonious with the nature round a side completely both of the clean.

Wonderful stuff !! Taken from here :

Hilarious, but I know that the mods have a strict policy of no foreign languages, I think this post is in violation.

I always have a little giggle when you ask a Thai what they are eating and they tell you and then say "Its good for your healthy."

    Great thread,……….

Last year the girlfriend flew into Miami (32 hours of travel time with hardly any sleep),…picked her up and she took a nap at the office (maybe 3 hours) and then I took her to dinner by the beach (south).

As we were coming home (she is still in somewhat of a daze) she asked if we would be passing by Mousey Nine. I ask her What’s Mousey Nine? Couple things are going through my mind,……OK she thinks were close to Disney and WTF. So I ask her again,…..What is Mousey Nine? She says you know where your daughter works. Where my daughter works?,.I think Disney? Then another thought,………Mount Sinai. I ask her,.are you trying to say Mount Sinai?

She then starts laughing at herself to a point she is crying.

    Mousey Nine = Mount Sinai

A few years ago after discussing odd English plurals (mouse/mice etc) my wife and I were having dinner.

During the meal her face contorted into confusion and then joy as she pointed at me and proudly announced: "You have a rouse!".
    Me: "Huh?"
    Her: "Rouse, on your chin!"
    Me: "Huh?"

She reached over and pulled a single grain off rice my chin, she had deduced the rice must be the plural of rouse

That's funny. If English were at all logical it would.
