The only problem with this is that no company will hire you if you refuse to sign this W4 form.
What he did was start his own temp agency with himself as the only employee. His employer would mail his paycheck to the temp agency without taking out taxes as that is what the temp agency is supposed to do. He never took the taxes out.
He also made sure he had nothing of value that the IRS could go after. Everything was in someone elses name he had almost no paper trail. He had been doing this for 10 years when I met him with no problems.
So yes there is no law saying you have to pay income taxes but the feds have made it all but impossible to not pay and still have a life.

You look back far enough and you can find the links to "OLD GRANPA BUSH" and his Jewish Banker mates, financing the NAZIS (actually, being a smart fucker, he organized finance for both sides at the time, kind of made it a done deal)
