Whilst it is none of you business my Thai is quite OK and I have no problem conversing with the locals.

no seriously I have a older girl employed in pattis taking care of some stuff for me, but allthough this is a ok decent deal for her, puts food on the table for her kids so on, I feel the attitude is wrong. The way I interact and respect my customers in norway,construction business, and her attitude towards obligations and me , her boss, is lightyears apart.
I belive their attitude makes them fucking stupid.

It would be wrong to exclude the minorities based on hair colour.
