Ripped off by a farang. Would you name & shame?

Last year, I met a farang to create a website and receive the income for the site for me via his paypal account while my own account was being setup. Long story short, I believe he is making some excuses that is seeing me not receiving some owed moneys. He is delaying the payments with excuses that could in fact be true but given the length of his non repayment, I am having doubts. I believe this farang expat could very well do this to others if given the opportunity. Would you name and shame him publically on the forums?

If you are damn sure and have any proof, go for it dude, a farang ripped me for a few thousand baht when I first came here and rented an apt from him, but I should have known as he had already admitted to me that he was a lawyer in the states so I should have known I was in for a fucking when I did any business with him.
