I read somewhere recently that PETA, a non-profit interest group, doesn't have the money for an ad on this show.
They intentionally make their ads (annually) so risque that they will be denied by the network(s).
The subsequent attention they receive (internet) rivals that which they might expect had the ad aired (minus several million bucks).
PETA are a complete bunch of nutters, worse than scientology.

I heard it was meat eaters that killed the dinosaurs.
First it was BSE, then hormones and anti biotics and e coli and I slowed down consumption , tried to only buy " Natural" beef but it wasn't until I met an adorable baby bull and came to know what a gentle, sweet individual creature that he is, that I completely stopped.
It is unethical, in every way- to continue to eat animals.
PETA is a great force in the world today.

I don't eat meat, I do eat eggs- free range only please, and dairy- well I can't find the same here in Thailand so I use very little .Quote:
