First 8 hours accomplished and without a ciggie.

Problem is I was sleeping during that period and my coffee is on the way and the reach for a burrie.

Melvbot said that to give up smoking is a great gift for the family and that is the type of attitude I have adopted and to quit.

P.S. My New Years resolution is to carry on my life the same as I did last year. Why does a 'new year' mean you have to change anything? NY Resoution for what?! I didn't do anything bad, intentionally harm, or hurt any human, or living thing last year. So why do I have to change anything this year?!
