    Do you exercise? How often?

These days, exercise is in, 'laziness' is out.
In these metro sexual times, you need to have a 'hard' body, well taken care of, ready for a sex marathon.
But well, this is what you read in magazines, the reality is probably pretty different.
I'm not going to make a poll but well, what do you do?
I mean do you do any form of exercise and do you think it is necessary?
Discussion is an exchange of knowledge, argument is an exchange of ignorance

exercise makes me feel a lot better at work as the long 12 hrs shifts start getting you down after 35 days straight. I use hand weights most mornings and use to ride about 15km across the desert to work and back. But this last 5 weeks I have been slack.
When at home I find that a spin up over the mountian on a motor x bike gives me a good work out. I did buy a multi gym and some other equipment but have yet to really start using it but it was hard work putting it together and it looks nice

I try to exercise every day. On alternate days I run 25 minutes in the morning / go to the gym for about an hour. Nothing too excessive. When I return to LOS I plan to buy myself a decent cycle....I've tried jogging, but the dogs are such a nuisance. My aim is to keep the weight down, more accurately to keep the waist at 34.

^As soon as I can get everything together in order to set up my new 'sarhumba' dancing school. I'll be giving free first-lesson vouchers to all TD members - except CMN.

Six days a week. I run 6 or 7 K in the morning and do some weights and stretching after that. In the afternoon I bike four or five times a week; averaging 20K or so.

I'm in the States now and it's colder than a witch's tit out, so I'm having a tough time keeping up. Did 40 minutes on my sister's elliptical trainer yesterday and half an hour on my Mom's exercycle this morning. Been to the gym a few times since I got here.

Still, with all the excess eating and drinking I can feel my gut expanding inches per day.

Run and lift weights 4x a week. Once you get into a routine - it becomes a natural high.

I walk about ten kilometers every day on my ten to fifteen hour shifts at the bar..., Lifting and carrying crates and kegs all day too...... Does that count... Cos I´ll be buggered if I´m gonna do anymore. My feet already look like martian toe claws some nights... and my back could be worse, but I´d probably flip my own switch if it was...

Run five miles three times a week and play football on Sundays.

As Brit says, it's a good natural high. It also helps to relieve me of stress. Exercise is very important if you value your physical health and state of mind.

I mainly do Aikido. It's not always a good cardio work out, but it helps with the balance and movement of the body. And quite often it IS a pretty good workout.

Other than that, I do some walking with my dog and the occasional 10k on the bike.
