your client you are using should tell you if you are blocked.

but go to the page with internet explorer to run all the javascript and accept the activeX packages

It's a one page website that collects the email address and password of anyone stupid enough to enter them.

There are some websites to check if you are blocked out there (or at least shows if a contact is online or not), but most of these sites are a scam.
