The animated version of Dilbert was pretty good. Only ran for one series though.

    I always liked Top Cat.

Trapdoor was great and I was going to mention it, but was it strictly a cartoon?

Scrappy ruined Scooby Doo for me.

Battle of the Planets was one of my faves too but I can't remember much of it now.

And this is a classic looney tunes character.

    Marvin the Martian.

The original TinTin series by Telehache and Belvision, rereleased when they sorted out the Herge estate.
    Flintstones.
    The travelling Thornberries.
    Top Cat.
    South Park.
They are a few more, but I can't remember the names of them.

Does anyone remember Mysterious Cities of Gold. That was a classic.

also Thundercats, Around the World in 80 Days, Transformers and Jason & the Wheeled Warriors were great cartoons.
