    How is Lego retro?

And how is Xbox & Youtube Lego retro?

Lego's cool. And I've been to* Legoland in Denmark. The toilet signs are the best ever.

    * Trying to mimic an old Harry Enfield or Fast Show Sketch (And I've bin to Leeds), but doesn't come across that well in type. Sorry.

When? It's always been in (& a bestseller) for kids. Just cos you grew out of it for a year or two doesn't make it 'spac'. Just means you were an adult for a short time...

Toys too dull? Try Osama bin Lego

    Article from:
    December 05, 2008 08:22am

A RANGE of Lego-style fighting figures, including an al-Qaeda terrorist, has been slammed after being launched in Britain.
The tiny figures - decked out as a follower of 9/11 mastermind Osama Bin Laden - have a removeable mask and are fully kitted out with a rocket launcher, assault rifle and grenades.

Mohammed Shaffiq, of Muslim organisation The Ramadhan Foundation, branded the toy “absolutely disgusting”.

He said: “It is glorifying terrorism — the makers should be ashamed."

Action dolls of well-known figures are nothing new, but Lego has been at pains to point out it in no way endorses the BrickArm toys, and says the company is not licensed to produce the Lego-style dolls.

This year, the Liberal Party set up a mock memorabilia site to celebrate Prime Minister Kevin Rudd's one year anniversary. It featured the Kevin Rudd Decisive Action Doll.

Barack Obama, John McCain and Sarah Palin dolls all hit the toy stands during the US election.
