There's another version of this video which has Timba talking about replacing a transformer as he mashes up a squash. I favour that one as it has a little more dialogue though Timba rightfully pointed out that such trivial chit chat would be better suited to a longer featurette.

Timber has been producing some impressive work recently. A friend of mine took his neice and her fiancee to Timba's and I don't know what he produced, just that it was at short notice. I was in Phrom Prong chatting up some posh bird in the Bulls Head and having been spurned by the hi-so siren after a few too many Tigers, I turned up at the restaurant a little tipsy only to find the last plates being taken away by Hector, Timba's loyal head waiter.

I don't know exactly what was on the menu that day but my friend mentions it with passionate praise whenever we converse. Timba must have done those fancy potato stack things again, they are pretty damned good once you bring yourself to break them with a fork.

There is blood in medium just nice soft pinky colour. Rare is where it get bloody. Try medium at your next jaunt out. you will not regret it.

Loved this new vid but I agree, it would have been better with more dialogue and food info and a little less of celebrity chef Timba.

I also think that Rage against the Machine has no place on the score for this vid. The other two music choices were far more suitable.

Great vid anyway Scamp (it's sealed your comeback to the forum, Chaplin must have felt quite the same on his return to America), and Timba your restaurant is looking lovely mate.

^I actually liked the Rage song. To each their own I guess.

^^My bad on the Rage song, I'm a big rage fan and asked Scamp to slip it into the vid if he could. I agree its too much of my mug on there too. The next one we'll definitely have to focus more on the food and hopefully the people (assuming I can get people here to focus on.) Thanks for all the great comments guys.
