    Korean soaps

What is it with the Thais and these fcucking Korean soap operas ? My missus is glued to the TV when they're on. She sits there with her mouth open, hynotised by them. I reckon a fly could go in her mouth and exit out of her ear and she wouldn't know. Our daughter has more accidents while thes programms are on than at any other times. Anyone else noticed this addiction with your wives ?

Yes! and its doing my blody nut in!

She has hours and hours of the crap on dvd and she seems to have a never ending supply coming in from all her mates.

Its' funny how she says they don't like koreans and we can't even go to korea for a skiing trip but she'l quite happily spend half her life glued to a korean soap.

    Yes, several hours a day.

What could possibly be so captivating?

The voice-overs are what kill me. It's like someone slowly pushing knifes into my eyeballs. Listening to the old man laughing is the worst. Always a very deep voice with over-the-top guffaws that make me want to throw the TV out the window. The bizarre reality is that almost all Thai men have either this breathy effeminate voice or a high-pitched squirrelly tone. Very few have the deep, booming voice always portrayed on those kimchee soaps.

^ I think it's the same chap who does every Thai overdub, whether a movie or a TV show.

Only one guy does them all?

    He must be busy.

^ I believe if I'm not mistaken (red expected Tud you fucking bampot) that in Germany there is one person who dubs Arnold Shawrnegger - nobody else can do it - this is the same for all the other stars.
