    Tossers in Udon

This place is getting as bad as Pattaya.

I came out of he shopping centre about an hour ago, at the exit was this geezer waving his arms around, sloppy looking bastard with the Chav uniform of beer LAO singlet and stupid shorts. Around his neck and wrists was more gold than a Chinese gold shop. I was waiting on my wife to exit, so said to this guy "Don't you think its tempting fate, wearing all that stuff? One of your fellow countrymen got bowled over yesterday in Pattaya for 10% of what your wearing."

He told me it was none of my biz and to fookoff. "Fair enough" I said, "but besides that, my mate Da Rigger, says only woman and Queers wear Gold, which are you?"

It seems now evertime I go out I see a tosspot.

Yesterday I saw this strange muppet, he's short far cvnt, on his 400 Steed, open exhaust, he has a mullet, dyed in a sort of shit brown/orange color, a US flag bandana, again with the tatty beer Lao singlet. Do these guys ever look in a mirror?

A sad fact of life about living here is that it attracts all the losers who tried but never made it in their own countries and decide to try it here and get all the fat little bar girls telling them that they are "hansum" so they lay down their meagre earnings and stay, happy in the fact tat their dicks are finally getting some use.

It is truely horrible that anyone could go outside wearing those clothes but to also have a 400cc bike is just taking things too far

Sadly that's about the most of it^^

I never talk to other farangs I see and never have, they are usually shacked up with a horse faced haggard old ex-bargirl & her teenage kid (from the Thai BF they had at 16/17) living off him.

Or maybe they are just happy that their meagre earnings (savings) allow them to live their lives how they want and look how they want in Thailand. Finally able to show a rebellious streak without getting fired and ending up homeless.

I couldn't care less what people look like if they behave themselves. I don't live in Udon BTW. But its been my experience in life that some of these odd looking blokes have better ethics and character than your more respectable looking fellows.

And if they want to get pissed every day and shag 20 year olds, well that's their business. But again, so long as they behave themselves and don't bring all the Farangs in the area into disrepute. I think most Thais think all Farangs are a bit weird anyway.

Oh, what I wouldn't give to be able to grow a mullet. (nothing actually) Think of all the money I save on shampoo.

And I agree with Spin. It's either a Honda Wave 125, or something in four digits. And jewelry is for girls.

Wish I had a dollar for every time this tired, old "truism" was trotted out.

Complete bollox. Firstly, you have to have a bit of gumption to even consider leaving your own country; most people don't have the balls, money, or, spirit to do it.

wonder what sort of earing and chain he sports ?

and sculptured facial hair is gay - either let it grow or shave it all off - if you need to use a mirror you may as well get breast impants and shake your arse at butterfly.
If you torture data for enough time , you can get it to say what you want.

I think you're absolutely right for the majority of people here, SB.
However, I agree with Bung that there're an element - the chancers - that are running away from their lives/possible jail sentences/concrete galoshes in their own countries who migrate here and other SE Asian countries.

I haven't been here that long but I'd have thought that the "dodgier" elements probably move, or get moved, on sooner rather than later.
The ones who've set up home, established roots, family etc. I'd think were true "ex-pats" as adverse to passers through.

    Perhaps this wishfull thinking.

If they see him out and about taking pics of his "Teakdoor Rocks!" sign in all manner of locations they probably do their best to avoid eye-contact.
