Oh dear. I suppose I'm partially responsible for implanting the seeds of change. Ant gave no indication if the new job was an improvement or not over the old one, and hopefully it's an upward move, not otherwise.

He has me on ignore, but good luck anyway, and hope the new job helps you feel less embattled and resentful.
