sitting in my 'office' and i heard a bucket load of abuse going on, so i dragged meself out to the floor and here was the third year really giving it the first year, there is one thing to vent ones frustrations to novices but to carry on like a fool, partly i blame myself for not passing on better virtues on how to deal with 'situations' and then you get mr ffing ramsey all over the box, abuseing staff all over.. could you or would you work with an arsole like that or how long would it be befor you either cracked him or walked away..and yet on the ohter side i rather enjoy his shows, i,m waiting to see the ones where someone does have a go at him

i try not to strike fear into my apprentices though they do walk on egg shells around me, i am hard on em i think that is a must i.e. as a non smoker they don,t get to sneak out for a fag on my watch, your here to work, not sit on your arse and fag do it on your own time, but i try to be fair if they fuck up i show them how/why, i just don,t like the idea of yelling abuse in some poor barstards face especially personel insults at work,there are much better approaches in doing things which in turn i feel earns more respect
