I have been drinking too much recently, well for the past 17 months to be specific. This nasty habit is starting to actually get in the way of my functionaity.
I am quite busy at the moment trying to set some stuff up, I'm either too tired to do anything in the morning or I'll stop off for an early afternoon drinky on my way to doing something important and it doesn't get done.

- weight loss. ( I have been growing lately)
- Ability to exercise without palpatating.
