Incorporate the following common words into your lesson at every opportunity.

    key
    Jim
    he
    ham
    fun
    gnome
    Chuck
    set
    yet
    Lou

A good lesson for your students to try among themselves:

Always the Ham, Jim wanted to have fun with his gnome and key.
Before he set up the fun he asked, "Where had Lou gone."
    Has Lou gone yet?
    Said Chuck, "Wow."

    Sure to be great fun.

teach them something useful. For example, the verb 'to be':

It's NOT "you hansum man", it should be "You are a handsome man"

It's NOT "you no good", it should be "You are no good"

    Or Functions:

It's NOT "you buy me one drink", It should be "Would you mind buying me one drink, sir?"

If I visit Pattaya in 5 years and hear the English of the young ladies of the night has improved, I'll know the boy did good.
