Where do I go to buy party stuff?

I think this is the wrong place to post for this topic but anyway....

I have a party tomorrow night, I've got the balloons but now I need more stuff e.g bunting, poppers or anything you can think of.

Most importantly where in Bangkok can I buy such stuff - specialist? Supermarket? Where are they?

Please help I have 24 hours to get this done, I'll buy you a beer too.

    Yours Desperatley,

    Mr. Pot

    Easy stuff, thanks guys

I need bunting most importantly - and all items have to have some class e.g no crappy material with shitload of colours with a cheesy "Happy Birthday" on it.

    It's for a business do

I've noticed that a lot of the smaller villages always put up that pennant type bunting, when they are having a street party and there are Monks coming. I understand that you are in BKK but you could do worse that check at your local temple. Failing that, perhaps a School, they tend to do the same sort of thing.
