    Are you a 'sweet' type.

Now that the title has peaked your interest, I dont mean a dear and beloved person.

I am using the word 'sweet' in its British context in that something that is relatively sweet served as a pudding, in other words a dessert. When I was young every dinner used to be accompanied by a dessert, sometimes as a bribe to make sure you ate the dinner

Nowadays I very rarely have or make a sweet, only if I really fancy something. Might have some fresh fruit but this only occassionally rather than the normal. Probably my taste buds have changed with old age .

I suppose that also in this day and age most people can't be bothered to cook or make a pudding after the necessity of cooking dinner.

How about the rest of you?

I suppose here I'm more of the 'fruity' type.

Being able to buy sweet fruit everywhere is (one of many reasons) why I stay here.

Virtually never. I'm not a huge sweet fan. Some things I love, like creme caramel or trifle ( ), but I only ever eat sweets/desserts if I'm really really in the mood. I love cheeseboard, though.

And I don't really like chocolate much - give me a pack of Walkers crisps instead of a chocolate anytime.

Always - have to eat chocolate ice cream after dinner every single night. I suspect I might have a dustin hoffman rainman panic attack if there was no chocolate ice cream in the freezer one night but I don't know because there always is.

Nope. I'm salt 'n' vinegar crisps, through & through. The good thing about that is that mossies don't bite me. So, I'm sour, but not itchy.

Never in Thailand as the desserts are shite, but a nice crumble with ice-cream and custard always hits the spot if available.

Bloody sweet stuff reminds me of all the bloody holes in my teeth. Avoid it at all costs.

I just eat too much of everything. Sometimes I find myself ordering pizza from the Pizza Company because I am in the mood for Swensons. Terrible isn't it.

I used to eat lots of sweets.
The options here are very limited and usually taste like crap anyway.
I now usually opt for fresh chilled fruit.

I love dark chocolate, decent icecream & creme' caramel.

Don't eat sweets much though, assisted by the fact that Thai icecream & chocolate are crap. Getting some supplies of cadbury's dark from Oz soon.
