    What are you doing tonight?

Me,nothing much, mourning my poor dead dog T-Bag,a few DVDs as most people are out of town and hubby took kiddies to China for the weekend.

    What is everyone up to?

Just finished with my two nerd English students and about to have a quiet evening home with Ms. B: she's doing salad and I'm baking a couple of potatoes. We'll have that with some sourdough bread and probably hit the sack early and watch some TV. Such is life in Isaan.

Sorry to here about your Dog Momo, it has gone to a better place.
It's raining here, Mrs LoomB has gone to BKK for a few days and I am planing a typical batchelor style dinner, a plonk and grab. You plonk all the ingredients down on the table and then grab it and shove it in your mouth, without the need for a plate. Later I have promised myself that I will start to catalog my photos as I am up to nearly 2k already. Not bad for four months work.

If we were within a short bike ride of each other, I would suggest that we meet for coffee and discuss the incongruities of life. I have a number of good friends who happen to be women (as opposed to g/f's). I find that they help to give me a ballanced outlook on life and rarely talk about sex or football.

Failing that, I hope you enjoy your vids. Have a nice evening.

Spent the afternoon planting lemon grass all along the property wall. Great plants these. Very tall and green, seem to grow without much care, and you can eat em.

Now eating a hot roast beef sandwich from leftover pot roast.

A little TV then to sleep listening to the pitter patter of the nice steady rain we've been having.

Taking it easy (ish) just had a crazed week in Edinburgh. Went to see the RZA (from the wu-tang clan) play live in Edinburgh. Great night. Next night involved in a street brawl and got my nut split open. wearing metal staples in my head now, it's the latest fashion here lol !

Bit the same for me BH, the neighbors just had a monk party for their sons, so drank a bit of piss, sitting here waiting for the 'ol lady to come home and then into the sack, sex drugs and rock & roll, thats life in Isaarn

I have two experiences when going to RZA.

1st time there was a near riot and we got tear gassed.

2nd time I nicked his hat.

Sorry about your dog, I know how it feels...

This evening is like the others, spending some time at TD, while I'm getting the days data from the farm into the PC, then around midnight we are getting fish ready to bring to the morning-market, and we'll be back to sleep around 4am..

Listening to the theme song for Dances with Wolves and wondering if I've become like that guy, defecting amongst the Thais and leaving my people behind...
