Did someone on this forum operate a dog shelter?

I read in a previous post, which I can't find now, that someone was operating a dog shelter for abandoned dogs. They apparently had a big storm there recently and that was what the post was concerning. Would like to hear from whoever it was, as that's something I would like to become invoved with when I move to Thailand.

I see her (it is her isn't it?) location as being Paradise City. Where is that?

I'm gonna do some volunteering there, too.

Unless I find something better to do.

There's over 100 - so it's probably easier to list your requirements; age, gender, size, what you want them for (guarding/live inside/live outside/any specifics/need to like kids/other dogs/cats etc) & I'll let you know of any that match what you want.

^ They will stay on a 20 rai farm, there's fenced in with barb-wire and a 3 meter water canal around it. They are there for keeping hungry Thais from stealing our fish, so I need some really mean bad mother-fuc.... Have any of them ???

I have some dogs that sadly only like Farang & dislike Thais, Dalts. Do you mean like that?

There's a Soi Dog Charity in bangkok that a friend of mine's wife works with.

if you would prefer Bangkok to Hua Hin, I can get the details.

^ Thanks, Dalts. The two that spring to mind ( it was two you wanted, wasn't it?) are Tsar & Babycham (neutered male & neutered female). Tsar was attacked with a machete one Songkran, so he's not keen on Thais. Fantastic guard dogs & already friends. No pics of them, as yet, but can get some.

    Other large territorial dogs are:

    Miss E Head Rock Dogs

    Chok Head Rock Dogs

    Zig Head Rock Dogs

    Rocky Head Rock Dogs

None of those are particularly anti-Thai, but they're all extremely territorial, but very loyal to their 'owner'.

If you're still coming down to the HH pissup, come & take a look & choose for yourself. There're loads to choose from.
