Two-hundred or so regular punters compared to ten-thousand members is a retention rate of - erm - something small, I think it's 0.05%

    World domination next?

Our percentage of users to members is higher than most forums, also don't forget members do not need to log in to view most of our forums, also as in most forums we get like about 20 spammers or more joining perday in the hope of selling viagra or trying to sell mobile phones or offering millions of dollars if your willing to give your bank account details to a Nigerian and send him a bit of money, obviously those ones don't come back

Any special prizes for becoming no. 10k?

Perhaps an inflatable garden shed, and the winner only has to pay a handling fee to be able to collect it.

Clearly. "Sir your loss is 2% of the total value of your home but we will generously be giving you 0.05%. Thank you for your patronage."

Percentages don't come into it - we know what it costs to get something fixed & that's what we pay.

Not quite, but it didn't work out.
