I have heard that your taste buds change every seven years. I did not experience any changes until a few years ago. I used to hate veggies, pork and especially rice and many other foods that I now eat regularly.
Never used to eat pineapple and some other fruits either.
I hated those noodle or rice "just add hot water" meals that come in a Styrofoam cup - now I love them.
Now I eat rice every day, love veggies, all fruits and spicy food. Never used to eat beans or chili either and now I love it.
