Thread: How much do you drink?

I have two-three glasses of wine a day. More if I have friends round and we're solving the problems of the galaxy. I can't see why a wine should count as two bladdy units. Mind you, I do have big wine glasses. I hate it when you go to those snobby restaurants and they give you a big wine goblet and then fill it with as much wine as you'd get from a cap off the top of my mouthwash bottle.

Like a dinner plate five times larger than the lump of fish that sits on it?

Oh, but they drizzle some saucy jizz all over the plate to make the fish appear less lonesome.

Yes, I know. Unfortunately, the waitress' eyes glazed over when I asked her if they had any other light beers, so I stuck with the San Mig.

In Aussie:
weeknights - nothing
friday/saturday - 2/3 glasses of wine
once every 2/3 months (on a friday) - so much wine that I cannot remember who I am or what year it is

In Thailand:
3/4 small bottles of heineken or equivalent every night

How many units of alcohol do you drink in an average week?

Real hard for me to figure that one out! Maybe you guys give it a try. I drink once a year. So what's the average consumption per week?

Depends on how much you drink that one time.

Equivalent to two large bottles of Heni.

2 bottles of H = 4 units/52 = 0.0769 units a week. Which is more than none, and less than 5. Hope that helps!

Dont drink much beer here as it tastes like its got formaldehyde as one of the ingredients.Just done a visa run at Nong Khai so got meself and the mrs a litre bottle of Johnny Black.Next time Im going for the Johnny Green

Not a regular drinker but i do tend to binge when i go out, no idea how much 6-8 pints and probably 3/4 bottle of rum or whatever i fancy at the time.

Drink on average 6 big bottles of beer a day. Usually Chang or Heineken.
So that's a fair few units for the week - well over a hundred.

Saying that, i dry out for a month when i go to work.

6/8 pints guiness quenches your thirst after the days work
