Quaggly stats for the hyper thinker

I was just wondering, if you took the entire population of China and mashed them into a paste, like a people pate - would there be enough to spread over the surface area of Iceland?

I think that a similar question was posed by John Brunner in the book 'Stand on Zanzibar'

You'd need to read it and extrapolate for the answer though. How thick do you want the spread?

The best way to find out is to get an average size chinese person, mash them up and see what sort of area they could cover, although I have to admit I do prefer a thick layer of pate.

I love this forum!! This post would either have been deleted now "Over there" or more than likely I would have three pages of flames commiting me to a lunatic asylum.

Anyway, I'd say about just under a centimetre thick.

Incedentally, today I was wondering what British soap operas Thailand based discussion forums would be if soap operas were Thailand based discussion forums and I came to the conclusion whilst in the shower that if Thaivisa.com was either Coronation St or Eastenders, Asia Expat would probably be Eldorado and Teak Door Hollyoaks.

    What would Barladies be?

I've been stuck on this all morning, you'd think I had better fish to fry wouldn't you.

Do you think it would make a difference if you went for a coarse, country-style pate, or the smoother texture of a chicken liver style deal? I think it would make a difference. One way or the other, probably.

    I don't like Chinese Pate.

Why don't you try the entire French poulation.
Easier to catch because they just surrender rather than ponce about with all that martial arts nonsense.

Makes no difference to me, I wouldn't eat it... What should be taken into account is would the Chinese be clothed when they got processed or would they go in naked?

Have to be naked, as it would take several years to mash them all up, and China has extreme seasons, so during the winter months the clothing weight would double or treble over that period, also might interfere with the flavour....

    Wouldn't it be great if...

A: Iceland was made of toast.

B: China would let us do this.

C: I could change the title of this thread to Squaggly Waggly and the Porkinson Spandex Titbits.

Not an enemy, I liked TGS a lot. I was just being facetious. This would have been closed down by now over there.

And I rejoice that it's allowed here.
