Domestic airport in Kathmandu.

Doesn't matter what time your flight is. You can't check in until it is ready to go.

Waited five hours in a large room full of porters, food, trekking supplies, pissed-off passengers, animals...but no facilities of any sort and very few seats. Flight booked for 7-00 am but my airline was clearing a backlog from the day before, so they had 4 return flights before mine and I couldn't check in until my flight was the next.

Finally got through check in to find a spacious room with TVs, restaurants, shops, air-conditioning, etc. which was almost empty.
