Fingers crossed, all being well, I should be in Thailand at the end of next month.

There are a few members who I am sure I would enjoy a beer with, but asking you all is a pain in the arse, so I figure that if you're interested in meeting up for a drink, you will bother to vote.

You can also vote to keep me away, just to be on the safe side. A no vote will work in the same way as when people used to hang garlic over their door to keep away vampires.

It's worth mentioning that I won't actually turn up at anybody's door, unannounced, as that would be rude. I just used that as a title for the thread. Something can be arranged via the board beforehand regarding meeting in a bar & having a beer or two.

There are a couple of posters who need not bother voting, as I am coming to see you whether you like it or not

Well I voted, and you will know which one I voted for seeing you have threatened my life on more then one occasion

However, it should have been a multi chose poll because after clicking "Remember the death threats he gave me & hire a hitman " I would have also clicked "invite him in for a beer"

It would help if people put where in Thailand they'll be on certain dates . No point aranging a meet if distance is too great.

I 'll be back in laos - only get 2 weeks off in Jan , but I can give you the gps co-ords and I am going to data log the trip out so I can export it to google earth. They do have cold beer lao here.

If I remember correctly, he accidentally threw the wooden knife box holder and didn't actually attack with a knife. He's much more dangerous with a soup spoon.
