What Will Be Your New Year's Resolution?

What is it, why did you choose it and how do you plan to keep it???

Mine? Quit drinking caffeinated beverages like pop, tea and coffee.

It has been keeping me up at night for the past year and when I cut back I sleep better. It never bothered me before, but for some reason this year it has. Maybe it is my age or maybe there is more caffeine in stuff in Thailand.

I have been cutting back the past few months and plan to be done with all by the 31st.

My New Years resolution is to practise moderation. And to keep a new years resolution for a change.

To like more than I hate.

I've become very cynical and sarcastic since moving to Thailand in '05.

Did I mention what a great bunch you are?

Whatever my resolution becomes, I'm bound to give it up.

    The resolution, that is.

Following the positive outcome of the Bali Climate Change Conference I resolve to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by 31st of December 2008. This will be achieved by a quarterly staggered reduction in my consumption of green curry and mexican chilli beans which will be monitored and confirmed by a team of UN observers.

I've given up alcohol, illegal drugs, cigs, valium, snuus, coffee already.

After 7 years, I realise that that is only the beginning.

My NY resolution is to practise prayer and meditation for 30 minutes every morning.

To save some money and buy some land.

Already had some good news regarding work, so I'm off to a good start.

Me too. I bought a skipping rope yesterday - 2000 a day for starters will definitely get rid of it.
Starting my eldest with tae kwondo so maybe start training myself.

Drink less. Made the same resolution last year & stopped drinking until May. Between May & now, I'm back up to the level I was this time last year. Not good for my health or my wallet.
