If alone, I swear in Norwegian - we do have numerous colourful phrases that covers most instances. Much more variety (and blasphemism) than English swearing, possibly only surpassed by German.

actually i realised today that i usually say piss flaps rather than mother fucker.

My dear mother use to say profanity was the lack of vocabulary. Never could figure out what that meant.

I'm like NR, except the "Ah" comes out "Ach" -- from Granma, but "fer f*k's sake" would have never passed her lips. I also say baka or bachi -- stupid or loss/loser, which Texpat knows for sure.

Nothing there make sense, some Danish nonsens that nobody understand anyway..
