Xmas Stocking

Has anyone seen an Xmas stocking whilst out and about? I have looked all over Sukhumvit and would like to get one and fill it with little gifts, Body Shop stuff, her favourite film on DVD, accessories, picture frames, Cd's, puzzles and exotic fruit as a 'bonus' to the main present on Xmas day.

I always had one as a kid and it was my favourite part.

I doubt she did.

Nope, but why don't you go really authentic & get a big sock (like a football sock)? They never used to be red & plush, that's bourgeois ( ), just socks.

OK, just read your list & that ain't going to fit in a sock. How about a pillow case (that's what we had as kids). You can write her name on it in glitter or those gold pens or something.

She wouldn't allow that, I'd have to write her name on a sheet of A4 paper and safety pin it to the pillow case.
