    Chinglish Language

With so many English-speaking tourists and businessmen now travelling to China, the Chinese are having to translate their signs to help visitors. Sometimes, though, the message gets lost, and the results can be amusing, and often utterly baffling.

There a funny lot the Chinese and all through the country you see these wild signs peering out at you .

The weird thing is, most of them don't speak the lingo so who are the signs for.?

    Great for a laugh though.

The old President department store in Taipei - a few years ago- opened a new fashion department around about Easter (spring)time and plastered the town with posters advertising it in Chinese- in smaller print the English version asked us to "Celebrate jesus death and see our String collection "

Some thing lost in translation there !!!
