I do mine completely bollock-o after the morning leak and before the morning coffee.

5'9 and in reasonable shape, though me love handles did seems to mysteriously bloat up after 4 days of eating and drinking while horizontal.

81 kilos on 5'9? You must be built like a brick shit house. Basically the same height but a lot lighter.

    I'm a touch over 5' 10" and if I was 81 kilos ... I'd be dead.

    Everyone is built differently.

    I stopped drinking at midnight!

It was a battle to finish the bottle in time, suffering all day with the hangover from hell.

Looks like i'm on the wagon, gonna be a quiet month around these parts with so many sober members.

Milo would be the preferred beverage of this type. Savage.
Accompanied with a couple of cigarettes.

Mate, if it works for you then great.

I'm through the first day, was hanging for a beer, but not fanging for one.
Just in-case I was tempted, there are none in the fridge ... but Lulu left the dregs in the cask at my place.
I put the Mont Clair out of sight.

On the positive, my kids benefit. Did spend more then usual time with them.
    Feel more energy.
Read a lot more technical documents which I needed to catch up on.
Starting my Tax return on-time this year as opposed to waiting till the deadline to lodge.

On the negative. So many cups of tea. Seemed to eat more.
Partner nagged me about undone chores n stuff. Truth be known, she probably nagged me before, but I didn't notice
I was hoping to sleep through the night, but that didn't happen. Might take a few days to reset the body clock.

Don't know if this is a positive or a negative ... thinking about exercising
Maybe better to wait a few days ... don't want to overwhelm the poor ole body.

    ---

Nev ... does that mean your on-board?

Chitty and Looper ... reset and start later today.

    Luigi
, Dill and all those who started ... well done
Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago ...

I only had one bottle of Bud so that doesn't count.

Longest I gave up for before was 5 days last month, slept well and ate well.

Don't feel the urge for a drink due to over doing it last night, we'll see.

C'mon guys together we can conquer this diabolical affliction for a month

Had a nasty hang-over this morning. Flight from MNL-PPC was bumpy due to bad weather. It ain't fun flying with a hang-over.

I'll second that. The beer fear at 31,000 feet is no fun at all.

Anyway, had 2 good meals and a nice 2 or 3 hour session in the sauna, so I'm feeling pretty smart now. Gonna have a dry July until Friday and then smash it again at the weekend.

    Rinse and repeat.

Not unless you cut down that pie intake.

I’m 4 days in already. Didn’t think about a beer until about 10pm last night. Had a juice instead.

Went for my first bike ride this year yesterday. Hot, sweaty and panting, so I thought I’d try a short cut. Turns out, the short cut is all uphill, bugger.

My sleep patterns have been all over the place recently, so six hours solid at night is an improvement I suppose.

The choice today is bike ride, swim or gym.
