I haven't watched Episode 1 of S8 yet, but let's make predictions about the ending and who gets the iron trone

I pledge 1,000 THB to the winner, and free drinks at the Katoye bar in Nana

My prediction: Sisy Lancaster will get it all, after all she is a survivor and paid the biggest price for it

You should had watched S8E1 before making your prediction, IMO there were some strong indications where it is going. I will not spoil it for you by saying anything about it, or make any predictions.My suggestion would be to keep an eye on Jon Snow .

Yes but there were only 7 books, we are now on season 8 which isn't in the books.

Anyway as to who will end up on the iron throne I reckon it will be the bastard son of Robert, Gendry or whatever his name is.

Imagine getting a repo of the pic of the ending, ie that little dwarf banging whores and ruling the roost [the Lannister not Luigi) or guillotined, just as you’re about to start the whole of the last series?

gendry is a good dark horse bet, but i think he'll go down hard in one battle or another.
i'd be stunned if cersei isn't killed in a brutal fashion.
sansa might be a good pick because she's shown herself to be quite crafty.

but i'm going to bet that there will be no ruler of the 7 kingdoms.....IOW, no one ends up on the iron throne at the end of the series.

prop bet...somehow the iron throne itself gets destroyed.

TC threads is about cheap food being served as gourmet for the price of a bistrot here in Paris

Guilty, got to be careful with me Mrs money. Also, although i can see the financial benefits of being a Jet Setting Rent Boy, its clearly not my cuppa tea and you've definitely got a shelf life.

My 2 cents - I've watched all episodes from S1 to S8 ep1 and am a fanatic (lots of my colleagues are too). I've read some plot leaks last year, but I don't know if they are true leaks or just false leads that the writers fed to the public.

I think there will be no Iron throne in the end - it will go back to 7 independent kingdoms. All of the kingdoms will just be devastated because of the battle with the Night King and the army of the undead.

Daenerys will probably die, as well as Jon Snow - in a battle with the Night King. Gendry will be legitimised and probably rule the Baratheon lands in the aftermath. Sansa will survive and rule the North. Tyrion will survive and rule the Lannister lands. Cersei will have a brutal and gory death, and the fans who hate her will rejoice - similar to when Geoffrey died.

Cheers! S8 E2 will be showing today, yay!

John Snow will be porking the blond bint with the dragons and rule together. I dont watch it as it is only available in Oz on Fox pay TV.

somehow, I forgot about the Night King

So it might not be impossible that he wins, kill everyone, and the dragons, and the zombie version of each character battle for the next kingdom to fall

Jon Snow could be a survivor since he died already and came back to life, but he would be all alone, like the Night King was before, and the army of dead would rule over the 7 kingdom

that actually would be awesome !!!

anyone else find it strange that the night king and the dragon weren't with the other undead outside winterfell at the end of episode 2?

I'm still going with Gendry as there must be a reason he's still around other than popping Ayras cherry.

i agree that this season's episodes are 'off'. not sure what it is, but something's not quite right. it's seems almost as if they're rushing to finish.....which doesn't make sense because they chose to have a short season of only 6 (albeit extended) episodes.

anyway, i'm standing by my prediction that no one is sitting on the iron throne at the end of the final episode....and i also now think that there's a very good chance that sansa will be the queen of the north.

right, a bit like the last season of LOST

the end is going to be disappointing for everyone, I suspect

would love to see Cersei get the Throne at the end and rule with her brother, basically the bad guys win

but we all know they are preparing a special death for her in the last 15min of the last episode

thank god that season is really about 8 normal episodes with all those extended episodes, they should have made it to 12 but I think they are running out of silly ideas for those subplots that will have only dead ends
