    Shooz for Tardz

can't tie your shoes....there's an app for that.......

Self-lacing trainers of Back to the Future fan dreams have now become a reality as Nike unveils a new pair of connected shoes that can be controlled from a smartphone.

The new Nike Adapt BB feature what the sportswear brand calls "power laces", which tighten or loosen at the press of a button either on the shoes or through a connected smartphone app.

Used to go running with a group from a running store. They sold heart beat watches that could be set with a target heart rate. There was a remote "thingy" that was used to demonstrate the watches in the store. I used to borrow the thingie when we went running. Then i would sneak up behind some guys wearing watches and all of a sudden their watch would beap.beap, beap, as the heart rate was too high/low.
Better to think inside the pub, than outside the box?
I apologize if any offence was caused. unless it was intended.
