My diet is kinda low (or lower) sugar intake. And those things are sweet, and I'm guessing loaded with sugar.

am I right or wrong with that? If there are electrolytes out there that aren't full of sugar I'd probably try them again. Cheers.

There are some available. They are marketed as being for diarrhoea but the main ingredients are the same but with more potassium and sodium and less sugar. Oreda, for example:

Lulu, they sell them in boxes of 50/100 and there are quite a few types.

I use them when working in Thailand on the house / garden coz i sweat litres - they are great and as mentioned if you mix some up and get up for a piss during the night when you've hung one on, try to drink a pint and it really does help, i'm told

If I swim for 90 minutes, I can't walk at all when I get out of the pool. I usually need a sauna to get back to normal. Mind you, 90 minutes is a fair few lengths.

I'm going to quit drinking in 2019....or when I finish the booze in the house

There's another one they sell at 7/11, but I forgot the brand (7 baht). I usually mix it with .5l of bottled water and good to go.

Amateur -put it straight in the chang, that way you'll not have to remember to drink it as a hangover cure.

Yes, there are a few different brands around. The 7/11 usually has 3 or 4 different brands, mostly the weaker ones aimed at the sports crowd and a stronger one for those who've lost a lot of shit out of their backside. There are also 2 sizes for the Oreda - a small one and a larger one. 4 or 5 baht for a small one and 7 baht for the larger one.
