living on 7/11 food and drink

Could you, would you live on only 7/11 food and drink?

Is it possible to live a healthy balanced life on 7/11 fodder?

Slap did a similar piece on how cheap you could live. It was all mama noodles and cheese and ham toasties.

Nuts, seeds, seaweed, fruit, some veggies (used to have more), dried fish/squid, tuna, water, coconut water, unsweetened pistachio, almond & walnut milk(s), raisins...conceivable for me but gets a bit boring. Why 7-11 only when there are always open air markets in the vicinity with more variety and better deals(?)

Praise be to Mr Kraft and the mercans for what is arguably one of their finer contributions to the cultural history of the planet, and my pissed cravings.

    James L. Kraft
In 1916, James L. Kraft applied for the first U.S. patent for a method of making processed cheese. Kraft Foods developed the first commercially available, shelf-stable, sliced, processed cheese; it was introduced in 1950.

For 7/11, give me the sala bao BBQ pork buns for 17 B (22B at the airports), a can of black coffee and life is good.

I get my processed cheese, pre-sliced but not individually wrapped, thank you very much, at Makro by the kg. Think it's from NZ or OZ, but it might be from the slums of Karachi, considering the ingredients.

Why buy processed and sliced when you can get a 2kg block of NZ cheddar for under 800 baht?

Yeah but Makro don't add questionable ham, flour of unknown origin and heat it to crispy levels of loveliness at 2am on the meander home.

Wish I could get that in the states. We do have a lot of good artisan cheese though that you would not know about.

    An example..

    Beecher's Handmade Cheese ? Beecher's

Oh you got me there. I defy you to prove that the croissant ham and cheese toasty from sewen can be surpassed by a croque misure from any eatery you care to mention.
