A tad artistic for me, besides calling myself Babs and loitering around truck stop toilets wearing women's clothes is out of the question.

I know the feeling...I did post that before you posted your budget.

Indeed, not a big fan of Mercedes because they are shit around corners at speed.

Still, wouldn't say no to that one, although that's probably out of my price range.

Mid life crisis car/vehicle recommendations. .-tib-jpg

I did consider buying it myself when I come back to Thailand next month. I chatted with the dealer - car has a Toyota engine, so easy for spares and repairs, all legal paperwork etc - cheap because it's old.

I decided not to buy it because it is a totally impracticable vehicle for driving around the rough Thai country roads.

Oh, and because I'd look like a twat driving that boy-racer car at 60 years old...

Nothing wrong with driving a boy racer car at 60!

Shows the fine fillys that you've got some lead in your pencil

Should have bought it mate, you'd be onit like a car bonnet now

Indeed, shot himself in the foot with that decision.

Had an XJ 3.2 Sport many moons ago. Did 150mph init, fookin scary fast! The lampost on the motorway were flickering past blurring into one mesmeric line of light as if being in a spaceship.

Warp speed, carnt go wrong with a Jag, in my top five at the moment.
