    I don't take steroids.

That's an Internet Fact that has its genesis in someone repeating something they saw my then 14 year old nephew post on my Facebook when they were stalking me. Curiously it was then adopted and repeated by a bunch of sad sacks -- so basically it's a bunch of old fools repeating as fact something that came from a throw-away line from a teenage boy.

    What losers aye!

Let me guess... it's the same 'ole pack of obsessed losers posting the same 'ole obsessive drivel and repeating the same 'ole Forum Facts. Nah, not interested.

Is there a pill to relieve the symptoms of being a sad old loser who uncritically and unthinkingly repeats Internet Facts?

Yea, there's interest, your regimen makes me feel quite fortunate. I just take a bunch of standard supplements.

Keep up with it, if I had that set of medicinal tasks and requirements, well, I'd screw up for sure.

    Essential vitamins for me:

Are you taking the tablets ?-23ab5320-378a-4107-a4dc-d451f1d59d48-jpg

    + korean ginseng.

Took over a year of trial/error and test results to come to this array.

I avoid all chemicals / tabs whenever possible, but recently came down with acute tennis elbow.
The Dr. prescribed a wrap, spray and (took him quite awhile to convince me), 3 caps and 3 pills (< to counteract possible stomach issues).

Feels better already. Will skip follow up appt. fo schmizzle.

For what it is worth, a Naturo MD/Chiro/general surgeon in Anchorage told me recently:

"You theoretically CAN get all the nutrients/vitamins, etc. your body needs from food/drink except appropriate levels of Omega 3s and Vit D. And that's most often true for (even) those with high fresh, cold water (fatty) fish diets and those living in sunny/tropical climes."

taking the meds.is easy, the most important task is keeping tabs on what you are given and what they are supposed to DO.as most of us that take meds, there are side affects to all of them, but you MUST check that there are NO interactions first, before you take ANY.i found out this the hard way or should I say,LIKE LIVING IN HELL.
as the saying goes.YOUR LIFE IN THEIR HANDS.and whats in your POCKET.

    @ david

Vas is just a sunscreen that works well for me.

AK tree oil contains Poplar buds and Cottonwood extract. Good for sore muscles and general relief from a number of symptoms stemming from over-exertion, extreme temperature exposure and oncoming arthritis. Natives have used those two buds as oils for centuries to cure a number of ailments and for general health.

The native Athabascan chief who told me about it claimed (like the Chaga tea) "it'll cure whatever ails ya."

I said, "nothing is ailing me currently."

He said, "good, then it'll go directly to work on strengthening your immune system & if you do ceremony - it'll assist your ascensions dramatically."

    I believe he is correct.

I take some multivits, Omega 3 oil, and calcium (for my knee joints 'cos I run a lot - but no pain or twinges yet, so the pills are probably working).

I also stab myself 2 times a week in the bum with testosterone injections. This is under the careful supervision of a specialised doctor, with monthly checks on my testosterone, eostrogen and PSA levels. I started taking testosterone a few months ago, not because I want to look like a body-building hulk (total impossibility anyway), but because my T levels were very low (always been, family genetic thing).

I train daily in the gym and at almost 60 years old, I have problems trying to increase my (very weedy) upper body muscle mass, regardless of how much weight training and protein whey-eating that I do. Since starting the T course, I'm slowly increasing my muscle mass, which is a good move, since I want to coast into my decrepid years while still retaining a semblance of muscles on my body.

Oh - that T stuff also really helps me to get a stiffie, even when fantasizing about Serena Williams....

Omega 3 supplements have little or no heart or vascular health benefit

New health evidence challenges belief that omega 3 supplements reduce risk of heart disease, stroke or death

Date:July 17, 2018Source:University of East AngliaSummary:Omega 3 supplements have little or no effect on the risk of heart disease, stroke or death -- according to new research. Increased consumption of omega 3 fats is widely promoted globally because of a common belief that that it will protect against heart disease. But a new Cochrane review finds that omega 3 supplements offer little, if any, benefit.

One ibuprofen plus one paracetamol for headache on occassion when needed (works particularly well when taken with a glass of Hong Tong and water).
After I had dengue, wife bought a bottle of Centrum mutivits for me....over a year later the bottle is still half full. I do take one now and then when I feel I haven't been keeping up my 5+ a day.

I'll be getting a check up in 2 months time and based on results may trim some down. Depends on the results, diet plans, etc.

My wife takes those charcoal things. I honestly don't know much about them...
