    Best Start to the day?

Care for a wiggle ? yes she would....

If your best squeeze not on tap, I like a glass of fresh squeezed juice, not the sweet stuff served at so many buffets. Tropicana or better.Passion Fruit is a bit of work to strain but delicious. I bought one of those nutri bullet type blenders which takes the effort out. It's amazingly noisy if hungover , so night before or delegate to the Nong. The high speed pulps everything in seconds expensivve but sound investment, much quicker easier to clean than lo speed Otto type amateur kit.

A shower/shave and a shit and good to go, dry off on the sunnyside of the terrace feed the birds, fish and cats, so they won't bother over brekkie.

Quick dip if warm bike ride of cold

Then on normal days 2 eggs and 2 toast black cherry jam on one marmite on the other

At weekends If time a proper cooked breakfast , kippers if available.bacon eggs or steak eggs in a diner .
If alone or no time smoked salmon in Croissants with scrambled eggs.

After all that exertion Bumcock Post,Irish Times or Guardian and a massage while looking forward to beer O'Clock

The Ulster Fry, unless actually turning sods pretty high calorie so a weeend treat I have no fried bread and only one egg.

I will also eat fresh mushrooms non Thai baked beans or white pudding but they are not traditional. Good white pudding is not seen in these parts may try and make my own, the Chiang Mai sausage is a good substitute for those who have never tried its a an unspiced very light pale pork usually sold wrapped in Banana style with string and a label, it is nothing like the sweetened pig offal sold on roadsides.

    BonAppetit

In Penang I also like the Tamil style Roti Canai with mild dipping curry , this can been found in Tamil Sri Lankan Cafes in Tooting London for a hefty fiver more 3 ringgit or less in little India

Errrr David, I thought you'd given up the grog.
And into what do you dip?

    I think you're dreaming again.
    And why not?

Didn’t see any in my go to store in Bugis. Will have to make the old one last. Next stop Cebu for May Day. Maybe find some in phils.

Still can’t get the top off the bloody marmalade jar.......

@switch - don't forget to see the whales in Oslob. It's 3-4h by bus or van from Cebu city. Will you be going to Puerto Galera or Manila?

I’m hoping to make it to Puerta Galeria. Your trip report was quite persuasive. Thank you Katie.

^welcome. Btw, it's Puerto Galera, not Puerta Galeria. Puerto = port, puerta = hole. Not same same.

    safe travels to you...

Btw, no marmite or vegemite here. I haven't seen it in local supermarkets.

Apologies for the bad spelling Katie, annoying isn’t it?

Best start to the day..? Has to be when the bird asks if want breakfast or a blow job.. so you choose the blow job of course and then after she goes and makes you marmite on toast and a cup of tea anyway. Happy happy days

Hey, have fun. And be careful.

(Never sit beside the cab driver.. Always sit behind him.... Makes it harder for him to do tricks when he's behind the wheel... Sorry, I sound like your grandma, but I actually got my first degree in The University of Cebu - UC so, I happen to know the place. Enjoy. Moalboal have nice quiet beaches and exquisite dive sites. )

@switch - lemme know if you're in Manila or surrounds and in need of a tour guide. She comes cheap - you just have to feed her.

    Just lazy, that’s all.

Cebu merits further exploration first. Then back to a simple draw of the natural world with a little bit of civilisation thrown in.
