The only thing that beats that is a couple of home made burgers cooked in a greasy old oven.

    Lovely jubbly.

Funny you say that as Jeff Buckley who did a haunting cover of Hallalujah describes his interpretation of the song as a Hallelujah to the orgasm....

The cover is very good, solo vocals playing an acoustic guitar.. Wont post it up as this is a Leonard Cohen thread..

    I like good covers

But to stay on topic, I quite like the theme from True Detective Season 2...

I'm sure that's a crushing disappointment for all concerned, Troy.

At least he died before finding out.

The great thing about Cohen's writing you don't have to listen to his voice, if I want gravel Tom Waits...outside wife hates Waits, each to there own , I think the Godless like Hallelulah as it reminds us of transitoriness of sanasara, love and BTS

You must love that song (look at your username)

This is a great rendition of Hallelujah by Pentatonix.

Leonard was a romantic and poet.

I grew up an hour from where Leonard grew up. I have been to Montreal on the street where he had a house and wrote some of his music.
I know the neighborhood pretty well. Montreal is an awesome city!
