Tbf he made food interesting in the UK.

He tapped into a market and has hugely benefitted from it, has as the rest of the UK who have a passion for food.

Some of his Sainsburys adverts are top draw.

He makes cooking healthy wholesome food easy and inspires, damn decent bloke in my book.
