I just received this email from TransferWise:
Hello, we have some news.
On February 28th, our fees on transfers from AUD to SGD are changing.
The new fee will be $2.00 + 0.45% of the amount you send. Here’s how this will affect your transfers:
Amount Old fee New fee Difference $100.00 $2.00 $2.45 $0.45 $250.00 $2.00 $3.13 $1.13 $500.00 $3.50 $4.25 $0.75 $750.00 $5.25 $5.38 $0.13 $1,000.00 $7.00 $6.50 -$0.50 $2,500.00 $17.50 $13.25 -$4.25 $5,000.00 $35.00 $24.50 -$10.50 $10,000.00 $70.00 $47.00 -$23.00 $25,000.00 $175.00 $114.50 -$60.50 $50,000.00 $350.00 $227.00 -$123.00 $100,000.00 $700.00 $452.00 -$248.00
It’s still free to pay for your transfer with POLi or by bank transfer. If you want to use a card, there’s a small charge that varies by the type of card you use:
Card type Fee
MasterCard Debit 0.15%
Visa Debit 0.30%
MasterCard Credit 0.55%
Visa Credit 0.75%
Business Debit or Credit 1.00%
Why are we changing our fees?
We’ve lowered fees on many transfer amounts where costs have gone down. Despite our best efforts, some transfers still cost us a little more than we originally estimated. We'll bring those fees back down as soon as we can.

Thanks,
The TransferWise Team
I guess there isn't many other members that send AUD to SGD, but its probably a network wide adjustment.
