Good initiative.
People of my age were brought up believing the likes of Jonny Rotten were the devil incarnate, and nice kindly Jimmy Saville would save us.
Anything that encourages kids to not judge a book by the cover is good.
meh..
Hey, at least the church of Satan approves.... So it's got that going for it.
See tomcat, not all religion is bad right
A tangential association to an educated and powerful black woman, a drag queen, LGBT, Satanists, edumackashun...
That's a whole buncha right-wing-red-neck-secretly-sexually-insecure triggerz right there!

Demon-like horns! Scary.
Halloween is soon, isn't it? I hope no kid dresses in a red cape with a long tail, horns and a trident...they would be representing the devil incarnate. Sinful.
I suppose one adult's demon horns is another kid's wood sprite features.
I like the book on display: Not All Princesses Dress in Pink. There's a message for all kids (and some adults, too).
I just can't be bothered to get upset about stuff like this.
Here's the thing: If its poltically correct to want a drag queen to read to kids, how is it not politically correct to be offended by something so minor in the grand scheme of things? Its basically just a circle jerk of politically correct fake outrage.
Solid 10/10 on the "Shrug o' the shoulders" meter on this one
The kids aren't outraged. It is adults with learned prejudice who are.

Triggered.
And its the adults with an agenda pulling stunts.
That's what I mean.
Kids are prolly just looking at it like a consume not knowing its an adult male with his nut-sack taped to his ass cheeks.
So IMO the kids don't know any better and the adults are using them to make a statement.
Quite ghey all around.

What's the "agenda" anyways? That it's OK to not be a prejudiced and bigoted arsehole? Wow, those poor kids.
Look at who is getting the most attention and making money out of this "stunt." Drag Queen Story Hour attracts 20 kids who are harmlessly entertained for a couple of hours for free. On the other hand you have The Blaze, Alex Jones, Grant J Kidneystones, and others creating outrage over something which would otherwise go unnoticed AND making heaps of money by doing so. This is where the "stunt" lies.
Would you put your children in that setting? Politicizing them and knowing full well it'll be plastered all over the web for a few days? Just to trigger some rednecks? Because it seems to me that you're agreeing with me on using them to piss people off, and somehow that's justifiable to you guys.
I dont have kids (thank jeebus) but I sure as hell wouldn't.

But yeah... who in their right mind would send their kid to a library.
wouldn't it be worse if it was a women, menstruating, reading them that day the story ?
or worse, what if the woman reading the story had morning sex with her black lover that day ? or even better, morning anal sex ? wouldn't it be much worse for her to read that story to the children and a complete provocation from her !!!
absolutely disgusting that would be, and definitely worth making news about it
Yeah but you like ladyboy wiener so you're hardly objective.
