Well, maybe you think so if you're a lard-bucket. But the doc's health checks (heart, bloodworks blah blah blah) indicate that I'm in very good physical shape for my age (58). But my upper body muscles are puny (always have been), whilst my lower body muscles (dick and legs are large....)

My fat % is around 13%, used to be 23% at the start of this year. But I've never been a lard-bucket, I was 'wiry' in my youth and younger adult days.

My own kids are in good physical health because - like you - their mum never allowed them to eat processed crap in their normal diet. KFC was a special occasion. So my 2 daughters in the UK are now slim, fit and healthy (the younger is in the UK's 40 fastest hurdlers).
