Ok it's very near Ramkamhaeng, if you're a regular user on the canal boat, that view of those two contrasting buildings can be seen as you stand on the Mall Bangkapi pier right opposite.

They are next to eachother.

The white building rents for around 4500 a month I assume...

I'm assuming that says from 1.49 Million, which would mean ground floor noisiest unit or within splashing distance of the canal each time a boat goes by. I'd imagine the top floors might go for almost twice that?

But when the MRT is right outside in a few years time.....

The other photo is ChaengWattana Road . I lowered the resolution.... and the road sign you can't zoom into says 'The Supreme Court'

Maybe I am taking the thread too seriously....

I've got pictures of the Mama and Papa rocks, quess nobody would guess where they are found. Not many Farang get to see them .
