    Putney Bridge Jogger Rage

Police hunting the jogger who knocked a pedestrian into the path of a bus in south west London say they have had a huge response to a public appeal.
CCTV footage showed a man barging into the 33-year-old woman on Putney Bridge on 5 May.
In doing so, he knocked her into the path of an oncoming bus.
It was only the quick reactions of the bus driver - who swerved to avoid the woman - that prevented her being hit, the Metropolitan Police Service said.
Officers said the jogger ran the other way across the bridge about 15 minutes later and the victim attempted to speak to him, but "he did not acknowledge her".
Sgt Mat Knowles of the Met Police said his team was now following a number of "viable leads" in their search for the jogger.
'Huge response' in hunt for Putney Bridge jogger - BBC News

Not that interesting, but the response is -
happened on may 5, and the police only two days ago start looking for the guy ?
All those CCTV and the best shot is from the bus ?

then the police arrest this man, even get his age wrong.

Partner at private equity firm denies being jogger who pushed woman into bus

Eric Bellquist was arrested and released on bail, but says he has proof he was in the US at the time of incident in Putney, London

Bellquist works for Hutton Collins Partners, which owns the restaurant chains Wagamama and Byron. He sits on their boards as a non-executive director and has previously worked for the failed US investment bank Lehman Brothers.
The Metropolitan police said on Thursday that they had arrested a man in Chelsea on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm. He was later released on bail.
And the usual racist, anti 'white' shit like this is allowed in the media and universities and goes unchallenged.

Prof Craig Jackson, the head of psychology at Birmingham City University, told Good Morning Britain: “I think what we’re looking at here is an embodiment of what we often see as ‘cis privilege’, or you might want to call it white male privilege.
“This is clearly an individual who, upon seeing someone in his path, veers towards them and not only does he barrel them over, but he continues to run down the road without even looking back to make sure they’re okay.

He wouldn't have been arrested if he had. Looks very similar to the guy in the CCTV. The charge should surely be attempted murder.

That would mean he wanted her dead. I doubt he did. Just an arrogant and brutal wanker.

If I was to shoot you with a shotgun, I may not necessarily want to kill you but that is the most likely outcome. Likewise pushing someone in front of a bus.

Your shot would result in manslaughter, not murder. The bus was behind him, he didn't see it. Besides that, if he wanted to kill her he would have pushed to be sure she fell into the bus's path. He just shoved her and the clumsy tart fell.
Assault with reckless disregard is my bet, and maximum sentence possible.

I'm not convinced that he "veered into her" as that silly-sounding cis-academic fop asserts.

I was in Blackfriars the other day, and the cyclists alone come hurtling down their little track like they're in Tron, grimacing at pedestrians in disgust if they have to slow down or change direction - some of of their irritant obstacles are tourists and don't necessarily understand the road system, never mind the cyclists attitude.

Just walking down the road in London, people just walk right through you, headphones on, and only occasionally look at you in bemusement - as if you're some unexpected entity in a minecraft world.

I think the guy was lost in thought, oblivious, maybe felt the glancing knock as he went past, but I'm sure it never crossed is mind what it might have resulted in, and he probably barely noticed the woman as he hurtled towards her.

Surely assault is a mindful act, intentional?
I'm not convinced he was remotely mindful or intended it, just "in the zone", tunnel-vision, careless, reckless, inconsiderate, but still an accident.
I think he should apologise and compensate her financially, and get a caution, and maybe some pavement navigation training, but that's probably it.

Having said all that, would he have shoved past a big muscly bloke? If he picked the wrong day, he might find someone sprinting up behind him and reciprocating.

Personally, I can't understand why anyone would go running in a city centre, least of all a busy one. I'd be quite self-conscious about it. Aside from that, surely it's more enjoyable and better for you to run in the countryside on softer grass with cleaner air?

Runners in the city are as irritating as high-speed pavement cyclists, I don't get their apparent surprise and irritation at there being other people walking down the pavement in a town or city centre, as if they're not supposed to be there!

Why can't they just go to a gym or join a club with a track, or heaven forfend, go to a focking park and run around it?!

What I found strange about this, is why didn't they just say we've seen his Passport and yes he was out of the country at the time of the assault.

I think the Septic money grubber should have his Achilles tendon cut with garden secateurs as punishment. It's irrelevant if it transpires to be a case of mistaken identity, he deserves it on grounds of general principle. Thieving Septic banksters have it coming.

What, you think he was oblivious to the collision and the consequence of the kinetic energy released during it, and was unaware to a degree that the event didn't even merit a fucking glance????!!!

Christ, fucking stupidity is a full time job with you, you gormless twat, and not just a fucking hobby, eh?

Yeah I do, because unlike you, I was in London the other day, and experienced something similar first hand.

For you, being a gormless twat is more than just a lack of chromosomes, more than just a jihad against reason, and a crusade against charisma, it's an eternal struggle between the single translucent amoeba-like brain-cell that quivers in cold lonely fear in that cavernous vacuum between the gushing sewage gate valve above the wobbling dribble-drenched staircase of chins and snotty shrub-lined negritudinous nasal flues at the front of that Chernobylised neck wart you call a head, and the unusually plagiocephalic stern of it - indicative of your ever-present bilious mongolism, and that brain cell's imagined counterpart shadow that it strives to writhe against in the ever-evasive epigenesis of cogent thought and wit, and all it issues every time, is a low, loose, damp, shivering, shit-sputtering brainfart.

Anyway, it's fucking apparent he deliberately pushed her out of the way with both hands. As plain as a fucking pikestaff.

Man held over jogging push on Putney Bridge eliminated as suspect

Police say they are still looking for a jogger who appeared to knock a woman into the path of a double-decker bus in London
Man held over jogging push on Putney Bridge eliminated as suspect
You would think, before arresting him, he would be given a chance to account for his whereabouts- say offer to go get his passport..
Maybe they just want as many people fingerprints and DNA on their database as possible.
